Light Rail Fatal Accident -- No Charges Filed


Baltimore County Police have concluded their investigation of the MTA Light Rail incident near Lutherville that killed Connor Peterson and his stepbrother, Kyle Wankmiller. The deaths were ruled as accidental with no charges filed.

Light Rail Fatal Accident Update

Baltimore County Police are looking for a man who was a passenger on the MTA light rail train that struck and killed two teenage boys. Baltimore County Police Spokesman Mike Hill told ABC 2 News; 'From some things that the detectives have garnered in their investigation they really believe that this man saw quite a bit and may have experience quite a bit while being passenger on that train from where he was sitting and his perspective.'

If you have any faith in MTA public transit surveillance cameras in Baltimore, check out the grainy, unrecognizable photos released of the man police are looking for. They stressed he is not in any trouble, and is not a suspect. The Spectator wants to know, what if they were looking for a crime suspect, would this poor quality image serve any useful purpose?
