Then, as if to make a point to the black community of Maryland, now, Governor Martin O'Malley, without explanation is a no show at a meeting of Black Mayors. Here is a major dis from O'Malley towards a group of black elected officials in Maryland, but the mainstream media seems to have no interest in getting this out.
