WASHINGTON, DC -- (MINS) Legal weed lands in the District of Columbia this Thursday, but before you rush out and plan a pineapple express trip to D.C., there are some rules you should be aware of.

First off you should know the Mayor says: Despite legal pot, the city will not become ‘like Amsterdam.'
