- The body of wife Jennifer Alfonso, 26, was found in the kitchen of couple's Miami home.
- His wife's 10-year-old daughter, from a previous relationship was at home during murder, but was not harmed.
- Ironically, Medina published multiple self-help e-books, including 'How I Saved Someone's Life and Marriage and Family Problems Thru Communication.'
