Stand Your Ground: Indiana Law Lets Citizens Shoot Police

Law makers in Indiana have decided not only police ought to be able to kill at will for self protection.

State law allows residents to use deadly force in response to the "unlawful intrusion" by a "public servant" to protect themselves and others, or their property. Talk about supporting and defending the Constitution.

Passed over a year ago, in 2012. Most of the country missed the controversial measure going into effect. With renewed attention and debate surrounding so-called "stand your ground" laws, this one will certainly be a topic of much discussion.
