The video below is sick and disgusting. Think this isn't happening in Baltimore, especially at Central Booking? Think again! This happens everywhere. Of course a video leak to the public is rare. People should be aware of the continued abuse of power and brutality doled out to citizens from the hands of crooked and corrupt cops. Chinese Democracy coming to America...

    Disgusting and appalling! No excuses!! Fire them immediately, cuff'em, and bring the whole Federal Governments powers down upon the two officers! Twenty years should serve as a deterent to anyone considering becoming a rogue cop. Still 99.99% of cops are reputable honest mens who wish to serve the public.
