According to The Baltimore Sun, a resident called police, telling them that the man had the officer on the ground and was holding her in a head-lock while trying to take her gun. Within minutes, several other officers responded. Police said the female officer was able to retrieve her gun and that it appeared she and another officer shot the man.
Do you think female officers should respond to certain kind of calls alone? Do you think women officers are capable of doing rough and tumble police work?
