Police responded to the 5600 block of Sagra Road in Northeast Baltimore to find a man shot in the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Over the weekend, a 30-year-old man was shot and killed outside a nightclub in Northeast Baltimore. Last week a 62-year-old veteran was stabbed to death.
